Human mistakes such as keying in the wrong information or else computer errors generated because of complicated systems are rife. Our experience has shown a significant number of bills are incorrect or spurious in some form or another.

However caused and for whatever reason, these billing errors are COSTING YOU MONEY.

The problem is that most businesses don’t know if their billing is accurate or whether they are on the right tariff. In short, businesses are unaware of their liability.

Cost Centre Services offers an independent and free validation check (you have nothing to lose!). We have recovered over £250,000 of billing errors on behalf of clients during the past few months alone. Several recoveries have been in excess of £20k and were obvious to the trained eye, but these mistakes had remained undetected for many years. How would you know where and how to look?

We provide a unique Cost Analysis service on a “NO WIN – NO FEE” basis. If we find errors and recover money on your behalf, then our fee comes from a share of what we recover. Our service costs you nothing and any recoveries or savings go straight to your bottom line (sometimes year after year).

All we need is a copy of your last gas and/or electric bill (one complete bill for each meter), and a Letter of Authority that allows us to talk to your suppliers. Naturally we also need an Agreement which outlines what we do and how we earn our fees.
