to the number of ongoing billing and administrative errors made by
energy suppliers. In blunt terms, it ‘looks after your back’.
Unfortunately,
experience shows that managing an energy account can be expensive,
time consuming, protracted and extremely frustrating. Outsourcing the
verification of your energy account therefore makes good business sense
and provides peace of mind. Aside from assisting cash flow and billing
accuracy, an added feature highlights the number of kWhs (and thus CO2) being used in any given period and makes comparisons with previous periods. Simple yet effective tools within the system allows SME clients to monitor and control their energy usage.
The web based Client Management Centre is launching
soon and will be availble to all clients. It incorporates a number of new and innovative features including the ability
to view account statements and review expenditure against pre
determined targets.
For example within the software is the Energy Reckoner facility allows you to monitor your actual energy costs, by the hour, day, week, weekend or whatever period you want. It will also show if you are wasting energy because equipment is left on.
Another example is the Year to Date facility which compares your budgeted expenditure with actual expenditure and projects what the outcome for the year is going to be.
There is an (optional) low cost monthly charge for each meter covered under the service (billed annually in advance).
